Eligibility
- Full time non-union associates
working an average of 30 or more
hours a week are eligible for
benefits. Benefits begin on the 1st
of the month following 90 days of
service. You can enroll your
eligible dependents as well.

team members. Our team members are

of our plans offer similar services
including doctor's office visits,
hospital care, maternity care,
wellness care, discounts on gym
memberships and prescription
coverage. The plans differ in the
amount you pay each pay period for
coverage, and the amount you pay
when you receive care.

- We offer dental coverage to our
team members and their dependents.
The care is typical of most benefit
plans, and includes preventative
care, routine cleanings, and
coverage for most dental services.
The cost varies depending on the
plan, and the choices our associates
make in coverage for self or family.

Insurance
- Graves 601 Hotel provides life
insurance at no cost to our
associates, with the policy varying
based on position. Team Members
also have the option to purchase
additional life insurance.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
- AD&D is also a no cost benefit,
provided by Graves 601 Hotel. Team
members also have the option to
purchase additional AD&D coverage.

Short Term Disability/Long Term
Disability
- Graves 601 Hotel provides both
Short Term and Long Term Disability
for our team members. The coverage
levels vary based on the position.
